Overall, the hotel is quite good and suitable for a relaxing stay. It has a swimming pool, steam room, and gym, all of which are excellent. The breakfast selection is also varied. I was just passing through and needed a late check-in and an early morning check-out. I booked it for a few hours because it was discounted, and it turned out to be excellent. At first, I wasn't sure if the parking garage entrance was automatic, and it appeared closed, so I couldn't get in. Fortunately, another car arrived and entered, so I was able to follow them. The front desk area was lovely and clean, which made a great first impression. The room itself was very spacious, and I particularly liked that it had laminate flooring instead of carpet. Parking was free, and while they apparently offer breakfast, I wasn't able to enjoy it because of my early morning check-out. Even though it was a short stay, I had a very comfortable rest. Thank you.

There's an ice dispenser in the hallway, but you'll need to go to the main building where the front desk is located to get drinking water, so remember to fill up before heading back to your room. The laundry room is also in the front desk building. Housekeeping isn't daily; it's every other day. There's a food court near the front desk where you can grab meals. The hotel also has amenities like a swimming pool, but we were out early and back late every day, so we didn't have any time to spend at the hotel. Parking is free for hotel guests, and you also get free parking at the theme park if you drive there.

Paired with the city views, it was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The location is also superb, within walking distance to the MRT station. Bummer that it's not all inclusive. Service is 50/50. I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, but not being able to call or know who to call when something isn't working is annoying. We were automatically texted upon check in by a representative that was supposed to handle issues. She helped the first time with a door lock but went MIA after that. Be aware they really try to push buying a timeshare. Bonus, Walmart is directly across from the main entrance. Tip, if you are visiting Disney, that Walmart had a TON of Disney stuff for a fraction of the price at the parks.
