Narita
|0.09km from city centerA very practical hotel that provides great value. It's about 5-8 mins walk from Narita Station and has free shuttle service to Narita Airport when u check out. You will need to let the reception know in advance which shuttle bus time that you want to take so they will issue you the ticket for you and your luggage. The only thing is the free shuttle is only available in the morning (see photo). Amenities are can be taken at Lvl 1 where the reception is. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

|3.24km from city centerNear Narita airport with shuttle bus to Narita train station, Aeon mall and Narita airport. Hotel is with Lawson 24hrs convenience store and Onsen.
Breakfast is excellent with wide variety of local and international food. Recommend to choose the new wing rather than the old wing with bigger room as its old as suggested by previous hotel guests 👍

|1.43km from city centerWe stayed 4 nights here with my 2 little restless toddlers. Staff were friendly and facility was old yet maintained well. They have a shuttle bus not only for the airport, but also Narita station and AEON mall Narita. We use them a lot. So we didn't need to go to airport to take trains. And it seems like closer to Narita station than to the airport. FYI, it takes 30 min to get to the airport by shuttle bus.
Convenience store was in the building but it's not open 24h. But there is another one next to the hotel building which is open 24/7 so it was just fine for quick snack or meal.

|0.48km from city centerYou can walk from Narita Station.
I felt as satisfied as I could expect from the guesthouse.
Clean and clean and well organized!
You should be careful of your email address because it is self check-in.
The lounge-like space was toxic. Japanese style!
Check-out time is a must, but I said I was a little late and was caring to finish the preparation.
I think that I'm warming up at this moment.
I will leave a review on purpose!
The photo is a shopping street near the guesthouse. There was no photo of the hostel...

|4.87km from city centerEasy pick up from the airport and quick, friendly check in. The room was comfortable, roomy and had a nice view. Breakfast was great! The mix of Asian and Western food was delicious and filling. I'm definitely going to book the Marroad the next time I have a layover in Narita.

|6.14km from city centerHotel very near to airport, but they also provide shuttle bus service, I have taken this advantage as though it’s nearby airport, still, if you have luggage with you, shuttle bus is a very nice arrangement! The hotel is a bit old, but room is rather spacious, at least you can open up your 29” suitcase! While I was there, I went to the outlet nearby Narita airport, I just need to walk from hotel to Terminal 1(takes around 5-8 minutes), then pay 500Yen to take the bus to the Premium Outlet in Shisui, and then open wide up my 29” suitcase to pack up, wonder experience!

|3.29km from city centerStaff were very helpful with absolutely any and every question I had (and I had many). The buffet dinner was great and I got a packed breakfast the next morning since I left too early for the breakfast buffet (my own booking mistake)
The location and shuttle bus from and to Narita airport are fantastic if you want a hassle free in and out with a comfortable stay after a long travel.

|5.58km from city centerThe room was big and quiet. There is a convenience store, cafe, and restaurant on 1st floor. There is a laundromat, too. There was no water in the room, but there is a container for ice. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport and the Aeon shopping center. I do not like smoke and the floor I was on did not smell like smoke; however, in the annex hallway it did smell like smoke and I had to walk through the connecting hallway to get to the ice machine. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet even included a supplement bar.

|7.63km from city centerThe flight the next day was 10, so I stayed as a previous night. The round-trip between Narita Airport and the hotel is convenient because there is a free transfer bus for the hotel. It seems that you can park for free during your trip during the previous night. Please check it out. The guests are said to be 3 equivalent to the front and rear nights of travel, tourists such as golf, and construction officials at Narita Airport. The hotel itself is an old building, but unless you are a person who is concerned with the hotel itself, I think it is no problem with a reasonable price with breakfast and transfer. The sooner the price becomes reasonable. If you have a trip decided, avoid the reservation just before. The front desk of the first old man was very kind and kind and I felt good.

Narita
|3.07km from city centerWhile the check-in was smooth and the english-speaking staff at concierge was detailed in the available facilities e.g. sauna chargeable at 550 yen per pax, I was shocked by how unclean the room I stayed in was, at the highest level 11: dust was perpetually flying visibly in the air and worse if you smack the stained bed a bit; could see the dust and dirt stuck on TV remote control; there were stains on the bed; there were hair strands in the bathroom (e.g. bathtub); and there was a foul stench when I opened the bathroom (the kind that wet clothes did not dry properly hence proving the lack of ventilation in the bathroom). Thankfully I stayed for one night only though I did not use the facilities.
The hotel seemed popular with other airline staff and tourists (Chinese, Thai, Korean) who could be rowdy at the lobby area and convenience store located at level 1 of the hotel. I did not feel exactly safe.
All in all, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel.

Narita
|0.57km from city centerIt is a very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Narita Station, 5 minutes walk from AEON Mall, and Shinsho Ji Temple within walking distance. The front desk kindly explained the accommodation, so I remembered it and thanked the hospitality. There are coin laundry, microwave oven, ice machine, and currency exchange machine in the building, and juice and snacks can be purchased at 100 yen from the vending machine, which is ideal for long-term residents. Despite the restrictions on foreign entry, it may be a popular hotel because I saw many guests in the hotel. Disinfected stickers are attached to paper cups and disinfected places, and measures against the new corona are perfect. The accommodation fee is less than 5,000 yen and the cost performance is very high, but the internet is a little slow and the download was 0.78G, so the evaluation was 4 close to 5.

|0.14km from city centerArrived late at Narita Keisei station, due to missing the right train from Tsudanuma (first time visiting Japan, mind you) and already half way to Chiba station.
Upon arrival on almost-midnight, apparently the front desk officer already waited for us, the last guest to check in. The staff can speak English well and very comforting. Offered free complimentary skin care (lotion or mask), too.
Stayed only 5 hours before the flight in the morning from T2 Narita Airport. Rode a free shuttle provided by hotel.
They provide tablet in each room for the guest to browse available service. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience.

|5.93km from city centerThis is one of the hotels you will be send to for the mandatory COVID19 quarantine. We needed to stay here for three nights. Our room on the 11floor (R21105). We came from Vietnam and they treated us really nice, they make us feel comfortable like a home. This hotel is very close to NRT Airport. In typical Japanese fashion, twin room is tiny, but there is everything you would possibly need. Friendly, helpful staff and quickly check-in. When We needed their help, they appeared immediately. Everyday we had 3 meals included rice, fish, miso soup, noodles, sausages, etc. Generally a very traditional Japanese meals. Really delicious and soon! Since the room is small there is a sign that says you can put your luggage under the beds. Overall, great place to stay.

|0.31km from city centerthe location was nice because it was just a few minutes walk to the train station and bus terminal, but had a little problem with the stairs nearby going to the station for an old woman like me,i just dont know if there is another or way going around the station we forgot to ask the staff at desk we just rely with the waze app. the staffs were accommodating and professionals, can answer our inquiry very well, the room was a little small but were really clean and so tidy, the food was very nice although we didn't get to try and taste everything because the breakfast starts at 630 am and our shuttle bus schedule was at 640,we had to eat real quick, by the way the shuttle bus arrives on time or a bit earlier which was good, though i suggest that breakfast be served earlier for those with early flight schedule, over all it was a vey good experience staying in the hotel.

|5.92km from city centerI wanted to be excited, so I chose a hotel with a good view of the plane. If you use the smartphone app (flightradar24.com), you can see ”where the plane came from” and ”where you are going” and feel the romance. Personally, my favorite is to sway in a Woodteres hammock. Breakfast had a full-fledged toaster, so it was delicious with sausages in between. There was a takeaway cup for coffee so I could relax in my room.

My one objection was no flexibility as to check in time. Guy didn’t really want to check my bags for an hour and suggested I just wait in lobby until 4 pm. If you want to save yourself this trouble dude then let me check in at 3!

Narita
|6.11km from city centerSleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

|0.83km from city centerReviews said it was a shady store, and at first I was worried about the excessive charges. There was absolutely no problem when I went there. There were only a few people checking in when I made the reservation, and there were no arbitrary charges! We also prepared several cushions and quilts. But the better hotel near the airport is probably this one. It’s also very close to Naritaji Temple, so you can stay here during your transfer and go shopping in the morning.
The hotel is great! When we got off the taxi, a staff member held an umbrella to pick us up. The room was also big and clean! Another bonus is that you can take a bath! Less crowded and clean! The temperature is great! My baby and I had a great time!

Narita
|0.09km from city centerYou don't need to take a bus to the hotel. You can take the Keisei Electric Railway from Narita Airport to Narita City. Two stops. It is very convenient for tourists like me who have a short stay for a day. The railway system is very convenient, but Narita Station does not seem to be designed for tourists. So if you have a piece of luggage, you can barely cope at Narita Station. It is quite tiring to walk the ladders of the station with your luggage. It is necessary to tell the exact location of the airport to do your homework in advance and study the map. Walking to the pedestrian passage of the elevated railway can see the hotel. As for the hospitality, I want to say that this is a Japanese-style hotel rather than a Western-style hotel. The check-in staff was very service-conscious and thoughtfully led me to the hotel on the third floor. The lobby did not belong to the hotel. As with all other government policies, passports or Japanese identity certificates are required at check-in. I found that their English skills are still no problem in communication, but don't expect all your questions to be answered. The hotel room is quiet, clean and comfortable. The size of the Japanese-style hotel room is dwarfed by the nature of the Western-style hotel. However, the basic needs of staying can still be met: tables, bathrooms, beds. The view of the room is very boring, facing the wall of another building. There was no smell in the room and it was super clean. Breakfast is served in the morning. The supply time is the same every day. This is the style of Japanese work. It is not possible to advance or push for a minute. The food is not Western, so there is no need to be hopeful. What impressed me most here was its cleanliness and service quality, although the name of the hotel looked a little cheaper than other hotels. Much more comfortable than the so-called comfortable hotels I have stayed in North America. Stayed for one night and left early in the morning, so I didn't know the check-out time. After I checked in, I took the train to Akihabara and Tokyo. The hotel is located in Narita City. From the hotel, you can go to the other side of the city. You can find these attractions of the Buddha Temple in half an hour. Along the way you will find a true Japanese life, feeling different from the rhythms of life in western Tokyo.

Narita
|0.87km from city center- Musty smelling toilet - Very old fittings and room doors that don't close fully - Friendly staff but poor English overall and unobservant - Old-fashioned owner with very poor customer skills, cannot problem-solve - Bath and water mixer very hard to use as they are very old fashioned - Fridge full of cold drinks, but with no space to put anything except tiny bottles and some small items I was very surprised and unhappy with what the ryokan owner told us today - the last night of our 10-night trip across the wider Tokyo region. Some context first: my flight departs at 6.20pm tomorrow and we have to check out of our room at 10am, as planned. What was unplanned, was that I was only told at 7pm today that they would have maintenance coming so there are 'no staff' and 'the whole ryokan will be closed', so my elderly parents (78YO and 70YO) and I would have to take our 3 large luggage bags with us by 2pm. They will not be able to hold our luggage for even 2 hours until 4pm, nor will they be able to call us a taxi; we will have to walk to the taxi stand ourselves. What is funny, is that as I was negotiating with the owner in the lobby, 4 new guests arrived to check-in. Now, there is a whole hotel with numerous rooms and new guests, but he cannot (will not) hold our luggage for 2 hours more? He proceeded to tell us they 'are not responsible to us for anything once we check out' and that 'there is nothing he can do' and when I said hotels in other countries hold the luggage for their guests after they check out for the same day until the flight time, he said 'this is Japan, not other countries'. Wow. I get it that he's used to running things his way, but this makes for a horrible customer experience. We had booked this ryokan over 6 weeks ago online, so there were many opportunities to tell us in advance of this scheduled maintenance. One great opportunity was yesterday at 5.30pm, when we checked in. Side points are: - Staff are not trained on the safety equipment in the rooms. I had taken the emergency torchlight off the charging mount and instead of the staff reinserting it, I had to figure out how and tell the staff (to his credit he really tried) - Housekeeping were unaware they took my mother's personal spoon by mistake and phew! the translation issues... we got it back though - Housekeeping replaced the tolietries we clearly had no need of, but not the items we used up! Basically they gave us 3 more toothbrushes in addition to the 3 unused, but did not top up the cotton pads. It was all very clearly placed in the bathroom for them to observe. - Creepy horror movie vibes
