"This hotel was like an oasis of calm and harked back to high service standards which many hotels would do well to emulate. Great dedicated staff who are happy to chat when engaged and want to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. The food and accomodation is first class, room and bed could not be faulted, very clean and stylish, great balcony size and views. It is a golfers paradise, your own lockers for clubs and electric buggies with GPS maps in basement, room key access to course, best set up we had ever encountered. The course is good and varied, ideal for holiday golf and in good condition . As a couple we were paired with others from the hotel which proved to be beneficial to us, we met and played with some lovely people. It was a good half hour walk into Las Americas if you want a little more activity, the contrast between the serenity of the hotel and the bustle of the town could not be starker. We took a trip out to Caleta one evening and had a lovely meal at restaurant 88. After golf the hotel pool was very welcoming and warm with plenty of sunbeds and again attentive staff. There is also a spa and gym at the hotel which we didn't get time to use. Overall if you are looking for something special Las Madrigueras fits the bill perfectly, it may be a little more expensive than others but you have to pay a price for quality, highly recommended."

We had breakfast only, which was 10/10 the best fresh breads and pure orange juice already squeezed in jugs ready! The steak restaurant was unbelievable m, after having 2 steaks outside the restaurant and then eating our last dinner in the hotel restaurant , we couldn’t believe how much better the steak was and upset we didn’t eat that one first lol!"

"This is an honest review and opinion of our stay at Checkin Bungalows Atlantida. We had read many reviews before we booked this place, a lot of people said that you can get an apartment far away which is true as there are over 500 apartments at the complex. We emailed the Hotel prior to our arrival if we could get an apartment near Reception and surprisingly on our arrival they did oblige. Reception area is roomy and clean, although only 2 members of staff at Reception. We had arrived prior to check in time but the Receptionist was very helpful and checked us in and gave us a voucher for free lunch and showed us where to put our bags for storage. The rooms are clean big and fresh, not 5* but pleasant enough for nights stay. Our issue was aircon as its only in 1 room, you also have to pay €20 deposit for the remote, €30 deposit a day for use of an Iron and €3 a day fee to use the room safe. Rooms get cleaned every 2 days unless you advise them otherwise. We only booked Breakfast which was pleasant but quite repetitive. The whole complex is quite dated in need of a refurbishment but very clean. Tennis Courts, 3 Swimming Pools, Mini Golf, Solarium and a football court is available for use. There are no sunbed wars at the pool which was a godsend. Evening entertainment is not the best but you can't have it all. Overall a pleasant clean place with an excellent location."

"Our last day here, and absolutely beautiful hotel, wow factor as soon as you walk in, staff all very welcoming and professional and helpful, rooms are beautiful and housekeeping are the best. So much choice at breakfast, couldn't fault it, everything you need. Loved the activity sessions especially the Aqua gym sess and also the Pilates and stretching in the gym, trainers are brilliant and very knowledgeable, pools are both lovely, gardens are beautiful and plenty of sun loungers, location is very good, near to the sea, we could hear the waves crashing in during the night, which I love x I would highly recommend this hotel. A big mention for Damien's bar andTapas, it quality little bar, located just off the main walkway, by the sea, look for his advertising board, best tapas, absolute best Sangria and such a fab couple, really have that personal welcoming touch , not to mention the gorgeous dog, Sadie. Highly recommended "

"We loved this hotel so much we've already booked to return! The location id great! We were initially weary of the reviews saying its up "cardiac hill", to be honest...its only the last little push around the corner to the main entrance thats steep. There's also a bus on during the day to get you into town if its unmanageable, and taxis on a night. The atmosphere was great, although we didn't go in the kids club bit. The staff are all really friendly ( even when I managed to spill a whole tray of all inclusive food up the stairs. Oops). The wife had hurt her back during the holiday and spent 2 days recovering in the room, I was allowed to make a couple of plates of the all inclusive up for her after id eaten to take to the room. We were a little upset about our room allocation as we'd booked a pool view room but we didn't bother asking for a move. We did have a slight pool view! Lastly the food.....couldn't ask for better all inclusive food verity and quality. Restaurant does get a little busy but they do all they can to manage this. All in all we cant wait to get back!"

"Stayed for two nights. And on the second day we had to leave early in the morning because of flight schedule. Restaurant was good! They were kind and food was also great. We didn't have enough duvet but we didn't ask for extra and just used green fabric(?) which was there on the bed from the day we arrived. I actually wanted better duvet but didn't want to bother them! The day we left I got a message from the hotel and they thought we took one of their duvet which I don't even know~ I didn't even realize there was a wardrobe! I think I would never stay in this hotel again. It felt so bad at the end..."

"This hotel offers unaccompanied check in and it is not very intuitive. I had some difficulty checking in as did two gentlemen who were waiting in the lobby before me. They did not speak Spanish at all and their English weas limited so I helped them as I had already contacted someone in charge via WhatsApp. During my stay I did not see anyone at all in the front desk area. An hour and a half before check-out time I sent a message to the staff about keeping my bag in the hotel while waiting for my transportationto the airport later in the day and they responded three hours later. I had already left and found a place that would store my bag. Overall, this place is not very convenient if you are hoping for clear communication on getting into and checking out of the hotel easily and smoothly."

"The atmosphere of this honest remains family. Simple but user-friendly. Like every hotel there are positive points and other negative points. The positive points : - 10 minutes from the airport, - 15 minutes from the tourist beaches of Playa Los Americas or Cristinos, and the “holiday” atmosphere of towns like Costa Adeje, - quite a few places to park nearby (note: hotel parking 7€) - theme evenings every evening, in “camping paradise” mode, - the bartender's cocktails: top and wide choice. Reasonable prices. - The size of the rooms, spacious and practical for a family. - Reception staff, friendly and accommodating. One of the receptionists spoke a little French which was a plus but the others, including Javier, were very friendly. - The swimming pool: certainly not heated but you get used to it quickly once you're in and it's big enough, I think... Shallow, 1.40m at the most, appreciated by families. Just one downside, uncivilized people leave their cigarette butts lying around in the planters, which is a shame. The negative points, yes there are even a few 🙄. - Few nature excursions around the hotel... - The decor is very neat and pretty in the entrance, the patios, the swimming pool area but is even a little "old-fashioned" among other things in the rooms and the dining room. - The auditorium is nice with lots of photos of stars but the “warm, Iberian” colors make it “Vintage”. - The additional costs are not given (30€/night/room for the change of room that we requested and 10€/person for breakfast.) I don't know about the rest... - Another inconvenience: the nauseating odors at certain times of the day or in the evening... And unfortunately, the hotel can't do anything about it because I think it comes from the nearby golf course or from a something that looks like a sewage treatment plant. So, it doesn't last all day or night... or maybe my nose is used to it but it's still a shame for the hotel. And disturbing for residents. - Lack of socket next to the bed. Bedside lamp, 1 socket so it's not possible to charge your cell phone at night. - Planes pass by during the day but this is not disturbing at night because at max at 11 p.m., there is no more traffic so at night, it remains relaxing even."
