"This hotel is absolutely in vain. They use internet celebrity ads to attract guests, but in fact, the service and hygiene are very poor. After we checked in, we found two curly hairs stuck in the small towel. I went out in the morning to request cleaning, and when I came back in the evening, I found that only the bed was made, the half glass of water on the table was not touched and the drinking water was not refilled. When I opened the bathroom, I found that the towels and bath towels were not washed. If they don't improve it, not only will I not come back, but I will also advise everyone not to come again."

"Our family of 4 had a nice family room, a balcony with a great view. My husband and I had a small room but it was quite comfortable. Lots of storage space, good sized bathroom , comfortable bed and pillows, heating regulated by us, perfect house keeping. The buffet breakfast was perfect , eggs made to order, lots of choices of coffees, teas and juices ( even carrot juice and a smoothie). While we only had one dinner there, it was very good. They even suggested that they could prepare whatever for our vegetarian family. The spa was good with 3 saunas ( although 2 were not warm enough. (They will look into that), and 2 perfect steam rooms. The indoor pool was a good size, the outdoor one, salty and warm was fine with a beautiful view. Lots of resting places as well. The fitness was adequate and the machines easy to manage. Dried and fresh fruits, nuts and tea were available as well as cakes in the afternoon. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All in all, we spent an excellent 3 nights, and already reserved some nights next year."

Firstly, the **parking guidance** was inadequate, leading to confusion and a significant delay in finding the parking garage. The hotel should consider providing a detailed map or clearer instructions prior to guests' arrival. The lack of **quiet hours** resulted in disturbances from a noisy group nearby, which particularly affected our family's rest. Despite raising this issue, the **hotel management did not address** our concerns, which was disappointing. We also faced a problem with our **assigned parking spot** being occupied. With no nearby alternatives, we struggled until we located a phone to seek help. This added unnecessary stress to our experience. The hotel's **digital access system** for rooms, while innovative, poses a risk if your phone battery dies. We recommend having a backup plan for such instances. Although the accommodations were **well-equipped**, the location's suitability for families is questionable due to these challenges. A more proactive approach from the hotel management in resolving guest issues could improve the overall experience. "Large room with mountain view for a good price, outside or inside parking space (not incl. in room rate). The receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful, and at no point did she mention any spa or gym… I only discovered the gym on one of her security screens when checking out! The restaurant was closed, only breakfast was available, and the waitress was nice. Everything works but is a bit outdated. You can hear your neighbours move and yawn in their room very well… It would be a nice 3*, but it’s not up to 4* expectations."

"Very good location. Arrival/check-in was cumbersome. Staff costs are passed on to the guest, who is apparently a hotel employee. Unnecessary collection of the second guest's personal data – why? The car lift takes a very long time, resulting in queues on the day of departure. Breakfast was abysmal: too few (very helpful and friendly) staff, the buffet chronically empty, and the "scrambled egg machine" was an exceptionally stupid idea (inefficient, complicated, and unhygienic. Guests are expected to help out here too, cleaning the machine after use with a wet cloth provided next to it...). A thermos of coffee is included with breakfast, but all other coffees must be purchased at the bar. The hotel isn't so cheap that one would want to put up with that. The room was clean and functional, which was acceptable."

"The place is located at the top of a small hill, not easy accessible. The atmosphere in the hotel is old style. The furniture is the same as the photos we can see in the stairs of the hotel that dated from the fifties. What is best is the modern next building spa and the hot swimming pool outside. This is very enjoyable. The service at the table is outstanding and the meals are excellent (bravo to the chef). A major drawback is the fact that we had to pay more than 8 Sfrs for the bottle of tap water for two people...The dining service is very slow in the evening. The rooms at the mountain side are small and very old. I was happy to leave after a few days. I could not stand anymore."

"Pros -good location; beautiful village - local restaurants close - nice kitchen - clean apartment Cons - all digital ( keys, etc). No internet =no way to get in - poor instructions - nobody on-site to handle issues. AirBnB usually has much better communication/instructions/prices. - lots of paperwork just a few days prior to check in (not fun trying to complete this while on vacation) - excuses from staff when approached with problems - LOUD neighbors (again no ownership from staff)"

"Great staff, always willing to help. Special mention to Ines the evening dinner waitress who went out her way to be friendly, warm and helpful. Also the chef who prepared some beautiful dinner menus. Sadly, the state of the rooms left much to be desired. Dim, dingy and shabby with a stale aroma. Lacking the basic facilities a modern hotel should have such as a fridge, coffee/ tea making gear, and USB charging points. The last time I saw a plastic shower curtain would have been in the 1970s. That and the dirty yellowed vent in the bathroom churning out stale aromas was a turnoff. Although the staff are great they seem to vanish between 23.00 and 07.30, really, and if someone needs help; good luck with that. If you would like a drink from the bar be prepared to wait as the bar staff also double up as receptionist and vice versa. I was part of a group with the One Traveller company who in my opinion oversell the standard of this hotel. Two stars would be ample."
