"I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not "grand deluxe" but I paid more than "deluxe price". The same price with the published rate for "grand deluxe" directly in the hotel. And there is no "grand deluxe" In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room"

"Great stay at the paddy rice field in a traditional Rumah Adat. Balcony let out to the rain forest. Slep really well Jamal and Rui gave us nice advice on what to see. For dinner we had nice Mee Goreng. In the morning had beautiful fruits and eggs with toast. Thank you for this beautiful experience."
