"The room was excellent – ​​a huge bed (king size, as advertised) with a good mattress and several types of pillows (if you don't like the pillows in your room, they can change them upon request). The shower was clean, and we had no issues with the water pressure or temperature. In terms of service, it was difficult to communicate, as the staff didn't speak English, much less Russian, but when they understood what was expected of them, they were able to fulfill their requests (for example, asking for information, bringing a robe, etc.). The location is suitable for those with a car; there's a small parking lot at the hotel. However, I wouldn't really want to walk the surrounding streets."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Konak Zeynep Hanim in Gaziantep. The service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived. The staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving any issues. The room was in a terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. This was especially unacceptable as I was traveling with my four-year-old grandson. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s response. When I complained about the condition of the room, they simply claimed that this was the type of room I had reserved, which is absolutely not true. Instead of offering a solution, they tried to shift the blame. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
