"The hotel clearly shows a lack of maintenance. The terrace floor is broken with loose tiles, the windows have damaged locks secured with a bathroom door hook, the parquet flooring is scratched and broken in places, there's a hole in the bathroom wall plugged with toilet paper, the shower leaks, and the "prototype" telephone wasn't even plugged in or wired... these are just some examples of what we found in the room. We chose a room with a balcony, which costs extra, but the balcony is practically useless as it has no furniture whatsoever. So, if you want to read, sunbathe, have a snack, etc., you have to bring out the dining room chairs and use a bedside table or the bathroom stool as a table. I don't understand the point of paying more for a balcony whose use is questionable. The staff's service is also lacking, demonstrating a lack of experience in customer service, both in their interactions with guests and in resolving requests. In terms of value for money, I find it disproportionate given the condition of the apartments, the services and amenities offered, and the fact that many of the services offered are extra (parking, pool, etc.). The current state of the hotel does not match what was advertised or its supposed category."

"Mi sobrino y yo Rubén fuimos a hacer BTT y lo pasmaos genial en el Refugi. Gracias a Manel y su compañera encantadora por el trato familiarlos con consejos y rutas para la bici. Buneas instalaciones, tanto de alojamiento como de equipamiento "bike-friendly". Y una cena deliciosa. Rutas espectaculares entre montaña y valle. Intentaré volver en primavera/verano. My nephew and I had a mountain bike weekend at the Refugi. Great food, lovely and friendly owners, and good bike-friendly installation with bike tools. Manel (the owner) gave us advice on routes and was always there to talk to. We had a great weekend, sadly very short, and will definitely be back."

"Run down hotel next to closed down shops and restaurants. Paper thin walls, can hear the room's next door toilet habits. Housekeeping did not sweep bedroom floor or replace wet towels. Rubbish thrown out of windows and left on roof ledge in full view. 3x school trips there at the same time. The only good thing was the buffet breakfast."
