"Great location and stunning view from the room. The personnel at the reception were very welcoming with excellent service during our stay. Shuttle bus service was also great.  Service and approach from waiters at the bar/restaurant was extremely poor during our whole stay so obviously something was wrong at that area of the hotel."

"Hotel Luna Convento is authentically beautiful and full of historic charm. The service was fantastic from start to finish—the front desk, waitstaff, and housekeeping staff were all warm, friendly, and attentive. Our room was wonderful, with a breathtaking view of the sea from our balcony. The picturesque pool overlooking the Mediterranean was simply spectacular and made our stay even more special. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Luna Convento!"

"The property was awful. It was low season, no one was there and the area was shabby and grossly misrepresented. There was only one person working there who was rude and threatening. We struggled to find it because it is badly signed and there are more than 100 steps to the hotel from the parking lot and no one to help"

"We stayed for four nights as a couple and had the most wonderful experience. Our host Luigi was available for anything we needed from bringing up our suitcases to beinh available on WhatsApp within minutes. He checked in on us to make sure our stay was perfect and gave the best recommendation for travel in the area, restaurants or whatever else we needed. The property itself is something out of historical movies. The building is located in central part of Amalfi town close to pretty much everything. It is an old historical building and I felt as if I stepped in The Renaissance. The room was spacious (newly renovated and super clean and comfortable) with huge windows and balcony doors steeping out on a huge terrace. It exceeded our expectations at every level. We would happily return."
