"The room itself was impeccably clean—truly spotless. Full credit to the cleaning team. Regrettably, other areas fell short. The €10 "complimentary" breakfast was poor: a single slice each of cheese and ham constituted a sandwich, the scrambled eggs were stone cold, and only the coffee was passable. Furthermore, the modern HVAC system was undermined by a needlessly complex room control panel that easily reset itself, requiring a trip to the front desk for help. The neglect extended outdoors, with litter like old plastic bottles and other garbage scattered all around the grounds. In stark contrast, the hotel staff were exceptional. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist with every request were a standout positive. The takeaway is a clear mismatch: a management strategy focused on austerity, valiantly offset by a staff dedicated to guest satisfaction. My sincere thanks to the guys for their efforts."

"This isn't my first time staying here. The location is still convenient, very close to the metro station. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and basic cooking utensils. However, this stay was not so great. First, upon check-in, there was no Wi-Fi. They said it was a system update issue and I couldn't connect using my room number and name. It would only be available the next day, so the hotel staff had to connect me to a different Wi-Fi network to get online. The second problem was that the room phone wasn't working. The hotel staff spent a long time trying to fix it, and it only worked after they reconnected it. Third, the dishwasher was broken when I checked in. Again, the hotel staff spent a long time on it, dismantling, restarting, and reconnecting the pipes before it finally worked. The only silver lining is that the hotel staff were very polite and worked hard to resolve these unexpected issues, and I'm grateful for that."

"This hotel is not in a toursit area. You have to have a car to drive to the city, about 15 mins. There are dishes in the kitchen but they weren't washed well. Two dishes were stuck together. The hotel charged for tourist tax which is absolutely fine but the receptionist charged my hotel room again at the checkout while I had already prepaid on trip.com so they had to give refunds to me..."

"Although the hotel is about 40 minutes from the city center, it’s still very convenient thanks to the tram stop right outside and a nearby train station, making it easy to explore other areas as well. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel even offers a free sauna – a really nice bonus! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied and felt this hotel offered great value for money."
