"Dirty linen dirty towels yellow Blood in duvet had to check if it was mine but thankfully not. Ordered food got sick through out the night and the next day ended up not going out due the sickness..tried getting help to get medicine via front desk had to ring four times took hours for some to get back only to find out couldn’t get dissolving paracetamol. Clearly don’t care if their guests are sick. I request my room to be cleaned but on my return no one’s cleaned it. So next day I rang again then I decided to go to front reception to make sure but they had no record of my call to clean the room."

"Very disappointing stay. The plunge pool was full of algae and debris, making it unusable. The floating breakfast was poor despite being charged as an extra, even though breakfast was already included in my package. The towels were old and of poor quality. There is no view from the hotel, and the surroundings are congested and unattractive, which is very different from what was expected. Instead of resolving these issues professionally, the management made excuses rather than providing a proper solution. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the experience it advertised. I would not recommend staying here."

"The best place to unwind in Goa, offering a sense of contentment and peace where one can truly connect with their soul. The experience is elevated by several factors — the hospitality, cleanliness, and the supportive and friendly nature of the staff and owner, all of which are top-notch. What makes this place stand out is that each accommodation type has its own unique architectural feature, be it a dome-shaped roof or an imperial suite blended with old Portuguese architectural style across all cottages. The various trees in the immediate vicinity of the cottages add to the beauty. You can also arrange bike and car rentals through the resort team, ***** with spa facilities."

"Would give zero stars for the property, if not for the very helpful caretakers (Baapi and team). We stayed in villas 2 and 3. The owners spend no money on maintenance. Cockroaches in the entire property, particularly kitchen and bathrooms. The property looks beautiful superficially but terrible when you are paying the price of a premium villa in Goa. The entrance to the villas is unkept and very unsafe with slippery moss and no proper path or lighting. The pools were not well kept as well. I am sorry to be writing this review after a big family get together after years so taking back a lot of good memories but will not be staying at this property ever again."

There are many shops, restaurants, and markets within walking distance, and popular places like Vagator and Anjuna pubs are just a short drive away. The staff members were very polite, helpful, and always prompt with their service. One thing I really liked was the breakfast — they had a different menu every day, which kept it interesting. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay"
