"I made a reservation and went because of my child's school practical exam. When I checked in, I thought it was very kind of them to ask me if I was there to take the test and give me a chance to pass. The room and bedding were clean, but there was no towel rack, which was a bit inconvenient, and there was some noise from the room next door. The parking lot was a bit narrow. I was trying to control the lights with a remote control, but it was very difficult to turn the lights on and off. In the end, I put my room card in and out."

"The hotel is only suitable for travellers who drive. We arrived on Sunday and the counter service was limited. There was only one inexperienced staff answering question. The hotel didn’t have anything to eat on Sunday, and the staff is new to the hotel and could not assist to show us where we could find an eating place. We booked the premium room for 2 visitors with one king size bed. They refused to provide us with one more blanket and they would only give us one shower big towel to use.  More importantly, they ignore road safety. There are two big holes on the roadside which side which is the hotel car exit area. There was a nice car dropped into the big hole which needed to be towed for repairs. The hotel offers no help and denied their responsibility. Police came and insurance people came to understand the accident. It is extremely scary. ."
