"A wonderful hotel. After a long and tiring road to the car hotel we met early in the morning with a luxury room. We were so exhausted that we couldn't immediately appreciate all the comfort. And among the tops: clean bathroom, large shower cabin, coats, slippers, hygiene sets(brush, pata, gel, shampoo-balzsam, soap). Towels and coats are cleanest. And excellent, boiling-white bed linen. Our second room was not yet free and we were four off the road in a luxury. Large bed and sofa-seat for four adults was enough. A little later and the second room was ready. And I would like to note the work of the administrator - to all our questions and requests reacted lightningly and friendlyly. And thank you very much for the freshly cooked coffee. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be happy to recommend this hotel to friends! "

"This was the first time with us! Booked and fully paid through YANDEX 5 rooms for the company. In the afternoon we were called from the "hotel" and specified whether we would come! We confirmed our arrival at 22 o'clock. But when we arrived at 22.10, it turned out that the rooms paid by us were simply NOT. We were met personally by the drunk manager and the same guard. On questions about our paid rooms she offered to look for other hotels, refused to settle (said money would return) and called RosGuard that we would leave the territory of the "hotel." In general, if you are a decent person and want to communicate with sober people People stay away. The hotel belongs to a large woodworking enterprise whose management clearly misguided with the personnel. When he began to read carefully the reviews it turned out that the company of the drunk manager and guard was already in the reviews. Many reviews can be exactly non-objective.
