"What a perfect stay, we arrived to a dramatic thunderstorm and the wonderful staff took our car and our bags, then ushered us into the most comfortable, restorative and welcoming of hotels. The attention to detail in everything was utterly extraordinary. It is beautifully designed, renovated and appointed. We have stayed in many hotels in the Peloponnese over the years and there is nowhere like this extraordinary place. Utterly peaceful, gorgeous rooms, attentive staff, delicious drinks and food, all to be found in an isolated beautiful pine forest. Time stopped and we loved the hydro-pool, gym and sauna too. We booked through Mr & Mrs Smith, delicious handmade truffles and fruit platter and a local sparkling wine in our room waiting for us because of this booking route."

WHEN WE ASKED US TO CONTACT THE MANAGER - IN CHARGE OF THE HOTEL, SHE TOLD US THAT THERE WAS NO ONE AND HANG UP THE PHONE. SHE ASKED US NOT TO DO EVERYTHING ELECTRONICALLY AND IN PERSON, WITHOUT P ARAMIKA WILLINGNESS ON HER SIDE TO SERVE OR EXPLAIN MORE GENERALLY . UNACCEPTABLE AND IMPERSONAL BEHAVIOR FOR A ROOM THAT COST 368 EUROS PER NIGHT. WE HAVE MADE MANY TRAVELS ABROAD AND DOMESTIC BUT SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR, FIRST TIME WE HAD HAPPENED!!!"
