I never saw that in another hostel - it’s a real plus to start the day in great condition. The breakfast was tasty, we had hot water in the shower, the wifi was fast, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I recommend a stay in this hostel."

"Hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the historic centre. The room is quite large with a big double bed, a safe, TV. There was a table mini bar and a bottle of complimentary water was provided each day. The breakfast buffet is on 3rd floor and partially open wall overlooking the city. Broadly it was a continental breakfast with warm vegetables and scrambled eggs. However, the food items were scarce and were very slowly replaced, if at all. We had a meal in the restaurant that was promptly served and kept hunger at bay. The WiFi worked well and the check out process was smooth."

Included in the very reasonable price is a superb breakfast with many choices of main and endless supply of coffee, tea as well as fruit, juice, bread and sweets. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, professional and available 24 hours a day. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood with a wonderful view from the restaurant windows. I would not hesitate to totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa. Definitely 5 stars!"

"The hotel is okay, but the breakfast is just poor (2 types of ham, 1 cheese, packed jams, two bowls of fruits, no coffee machine, 2 types of yogurts, 2 types of cereal and bread). Junior suit that I booked was rather disappointing - just had a balcony and was slightly bigger than a standard room - nothing luxurious about it. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, just got a glass bottle of water with 2 glasses. Shower head absolutely filthy and faulty, but been working fine. I would have preferred to have a shower gel and shampoo in the shower instead of small soaps and packets of shampoo. Hotel is located next to very busy street, so it can be very noisy, also the outside lights doesn’t help falling asleep and the curtains are not completely blacking out. The staff were very nice, kind and friendly. Stay was fine, but no frills."
