I chose this hotel based on one review and the price category; others in Artem were cheaper. I didn't want to travel far, as I arrived in the evening. This hotel doesn't live up to its asking price. I arrived in the evening, and thanks to the girls in the dining room, they served me a decent dinner. I went up to my room and was disappointed. It was an economy room, with basic particleboard furniture, and tired laminate flooring with cracks and bulges. The mattress was so soft it sank right into the floor, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The room had everything for a comfortable stay, and everything was clean. Some areas needed some renovation, both the furniture and the rooms. I stayed for one night."

"Don't go there. The bed is 70 centimeters wide. Don't worry about it falling. There's no bottled water in the room. There aren't even supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you're not bothered, stay here. Also, Ctrip is incredibly inefficient. They won't refund my order, and they're constantly delaying it.
