"We have conference at ICM, the hotel is very near that you can walk to. Moreover the spot is linked to bus and subway, super easy to hang out in town. The breakfast is complete for basic morning. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"The hotel itself wasn't a big problem. While the breakfast was so-so, you can't expect too much at this price. However, Gina, the receptionist, was the worst receptionist I've ever encountered in all of Europe, bar none. I didn't see her in person, but there was a billing issue where I was suspected of being charged 625 euros twice. When I called, she insisted it was impossible for her to have made a mistake and that I must have ordered drinks at the bar… (625 euros a night? Is that even possible?) Secondly, her German was really bad. Even worse than her German was her attitude. I sent several emails about the billing issue and waited ten days, making numerous phone calls, all to no avail. Communication with her was constantly interrupted; she wouldn't understand me and would just give random replies. She just speaks German fast, but fast doesn't mean good! 😑 When I suggested she find someone with better German, she said she was the owner and responsible for everything…"

"We liked this hotel, modern, clean, large room and in this case occupied by a number of "Swifties". Whilst the shower was very good that it was entirely made of transparent glass was a little off putting. The staff were friendly and it was nice to sit in the courtyard bar in the late evening."
