"We stayed 10 days at this hotel, and the service was impeccable. They treated us wonderfully. The hotel is beautiful, with a colonial style and high ceilings. My only complaint was the noise from the air conditioners located on the exterior of the rooms, which is unavoidable in the summer heat. When we complained, they immediately found us a better room. Without a doubt, the best thing about Paraguay is the Paraguayan people! Such wonderful hospitality! I will definitely return!"

On the nights we ate dinner in the restaurant, the staff was very attentive. Every dish we tried was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here when in Paraguay. "This hotel has strong air conditioning, is two blocks from a supermarket, and offers airport pickups and dropoffs with one of their own staff, assuring safety and reliability for guests. I was on the sixth floor which had only six rooms so I felt as if I had the whole floor to myself! There is a sauna and steam room/spa available during the day but I did not have time to avail myself of them. Front desk is available 24/7. Cecilia, Chañar, and Ana were always happy to help and answer any questions I had. Maintenance is there around the clock also, and they were quick to respond when I had battery issues in my room safe. My room included breakfast and that was special, all you can eat buffet that included some local delicacies from Asunción. Hot dishes, cereals, breads, sweets, fruits were all available and replenished as needed. Apparently you can also order eggs any way you want (including omelet) but I did not realize that until halfway through my stay. I recommend this as a good value accommodation with staff who genuinely care."
