From the initial planning and coordination, food tasting, up to the actual day of the event, everything was well-organized and smoothly executed. The entire team was pleasant and easy to work with, especially Ms. Charmaine Rael, Sales Coordinator, who assisted us throughout the process. We truly felt that we were in good hands. All our questions and concerns were promptly and thoroughly addressed. Ms. Rael was very accommodating and attentive, even beyond office hours, making sure that our inquiries were answered in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate our experience with Brittany Hotel a well-deserved 5 stars for their excellent service, professionalism, and dedicated staff. The food was also exceptional and greatly enjoyed by everyone."

"Its generally fine to sleep here at Sogo but i was a bit surprised when we entered the room and found it hadn’t been cleaned yet. The staff did clean it quickly, which I appreciated but we still had to wait outside in the lobby since they didnt offer us another room. Hopefully, this doesnt happen again."
