"The front desk staff are kind, knowledgeable, and always busy handling requests and welcoming guests. I stayed in a budget room without windows, so it was quite basic, but it did have glass doors between the shower and the bathroom. Check the toilet seat and mention if it's loose; they'll fix it without issue, but it's good to point it out since they charge a 1000 peso deposit. The hotel has internet and a bar overlooking the city, which offers not only a breathtaking view but also a good breakfast if you have a coupon. I appreciated that they gave me two breakfast coupons even though I was alone, as the room was indeed for two people. On my second night, as that specific room wasn't available, I tried to ask for an upgrade at a price we could agree on. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and put me on hold to ask his manager. However, my upgrade request was denied, and I had to find other accommodation. So, overall, the judgment is positive. I only saw the budget room, but there are much larger and nicer rooms, so I would only recommend the budget room for one or two nights, no more. I gave a good rating also to highlight that the staff are very kind, always smiling, and will greet you every time you pass them in the hotel."

"The location was good. Several things within walking distance.  The room was decent but has almost like a sewer smell in the bathroom. Wasn’t horrific but you would get a whiff of it from time to time. The windows didn’t lock, which wasn’t the worst thing since we did have bars on the windows. Just had to be sure to didn’t leave anything of value near the window that could get out between the bars."

"It's been a nice experience to be in NYC Manhattan suites for 4 nights. Staffs are accommodating, hopefully next time all of them will smile and greet as you enter and leave the suite every single day (it's a good start of the day) Food is great and the dining area is spacious. The room is excellent (a very nice experience especially in the balcony having your breakfast ) spacious room. Everything went well and had a great stay 👌 🙂"

"Super old and smell is something else. CR the place, i did not want to complain because i just got it for only around 1,800. The worst part was a lot of insects, which looked like small cockroaches, were in the sheets. Traffic was too loud that its impossible to sleep. No parking too. We were wet from the rain from walking to where we parked. The only good thing was that some of the staff were considerate. Oh the water tasted like fish."

"It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. Thank you Chateau De Maisons for the great, amazing stay at your hotel."

"So far ok nmn sya. Malapit sa mga tourist spots. Malinis ang room, ok ang service, although the amenities so so lang. maliit lang ang kids play area and hindi nagamit ng mga kids dahil under renovation, fitness center konti lng ang equipment. Pool is heated nmn. Buffet breakfast ok lng pwede na, hindi ganun karami ang choices ng food unlike sa ibang hotel na napuntahan namin."
