"I am attaching pictures taken of the rooms we occupied at the Winton Hotel as I believe they will speak volumes to the deplorable condition at this establishment. My family and I travelled from GA and needed a place to stay for 3 nights. We should have known something was awry when the front desk staff was less than enthusiastic to address misssing light bulbs from the fixtures, inoperable key cards, no batteries in the tv remote, etc. At first, we dismissed these as minor inconveniences and had great hopes for the remainder of the stay. However, after returning to our room around midnight, we took noticed of the true condition of the rooms. It was disgusting! There were stains on the bed linens, unclean toilet, food splatter on the ceiling, etc. We would have been better off sleeping in the car. To top it off, there was no battery in the smoke detector! We promptly checked out the next morning and complained to the desk clerk. He wrote in down in a notebook. WARNING! Do Not Stay Here!"

"My sister and I with our three kids ages 7, 8, and 5 book a room from 2/7-2-11 weekend to visit our grand mother who was dying. We were turned away because we had three kids. We were told the policy 2 adults and 2 kids per room. Terrible customer services"

"I was very disappointed when we arrived to the hotel. The cost of the hotel does not match the value. The hotel rooms have mold around the window. The baseboards are extremely dirty and coming off of the wall. "
