"I stayed at this hotel with a local colleague, and unfortunately, our experiences were quite different. Although we booked the same room type, I was given a room on a lower floor with no view, while my colleague received a high-floor room with a much better view. My room lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. When I requested them, the front desk informed me they were out of stock and advised me to purchase them from a nearby pharmacy—at 10 p.m. They did have razors available, but I was told these were not complimentary and had to be bought. Additionally, there was no bottled water provided in the room, nor a kettle to boil water. When I asked the front desk, I was told water was not complimentary for all guests and that I would need to purchase it. However, my colleague’s room had a sign clearly stating that water is complimentary for hotel guests, which raises concerns about the consistency—and honesty—of the service. The one positive experience was at the breakfast restaurant. The staff there were polite, welcoming, and always served with a smile. While the breakfast service was commendable, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who value consistent and quality service."
