Some time ago, my family and I started a short trip. The Hampton by Hilton Beijing Shijingshan Hotel we stayed in really made the trip a great experience. I have to praise it! Before I arrived at the hotel, Leo, the front desk staff, contacted me in advance, asked about my preferences, carefully communicated the details, and made a free upgrade. He was patient and considerate. When we arrived at the hotel, there was always a sincere smile on his face, which made us feel at ease instantly. When checking in, Leo, the front desk staff, acted quickly and gave us a small gift. This sudden little surprise made us feel more favorable. When we walked into the room, the room facilities were impeccable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and we could feel the hotel's ultimate pursuit of quality. Smart devices are also super convenient, and the little robot can deliver takeout to the door of our room. For breakfast on the second day, the restaurant environment was elegant and the seats were spacious and comfortable. The food was rich and varied, from freshly made waffles, tender and juicy bacon, to nutritious Chinese porridge, and exquisite snacks. The hotel's leisure facilities are also excellent. The gym equipment is brand new and complete, meeting different exercise needs. After exercise, both the body and mind are greatly relaxed. This time, Hampton by Hilton Beijing Shijingshan created an unforgettable memory for us with its meticulous service and high-quality facilities. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose this place again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The amenities were excellent (fresh slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc provided every day), and the towels, sheets, and robes were very clean to use. The location is great - it's only a four to five minute walk to the nearest subway station. I was visiting my friend who goes to Peking University and she could bike from PKU to my hotel in about ten minutes. The only thing is that I found that sometimes there was a slight smoking smell coming from the bathrooms but I found that if I turned the fan on and left the bathroom doors closed it wasn't an issue at all. The shower is also great - a giant rain shower, and the water is the perfect temperature. 

Temporary business trip, did not book the hotel in advance, and later read the hotel selected by the online review, did not think it was really good, from the performance of facilities, health, environment, service and other aspects, it is worth recommending!

The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, with both authentic local snacks and international dining options, which meet the taste needs of different guests. What surprised me even more was that, because it was close to the New Year, after checking out, they sent me New Year gifts and hot mineral water. I like the service of this hotel. In terms of geographical location, the hotel is close to the subway station, which is very convenient for travel and shopping, while still being quiet. It is an ideal choice for quiet in a bustling city. Most importantly, despite the complete facilities and first-class service, the price of the hotel is very reasonable and the cost performance is extremely high. In short, Qiuguo S Hotel has won my sincere praise for its superb service quality, comfortable accommodation environment and convenient geographical location. In the future, whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, I will choose this hotel first, and I strongly recommend it to friends who are coming here.

There are many great things about the hotel, but one of the concierges is the best thing about this hotel. He has the friendliest demeanors and always asks about your day. He has a great memory and makes the guests feel at home. On multiple occasions, he's offered me water, a mask, and cautioned me of the colder weather outside. 💕

Good hotel near the school. Room is small but sufficient for having a good sleep. The room service people were also very patient and very nice to us.

I stayed here in 2018 and again in 2019. The epidemic did not come back later, so I did not look at other hotels this year and booked here directly. The hotel does not look different, the bathroom is very clean, the front desk and floor waiters are very enthusiastic, the nearby Chengxiang Shopping Center and Cuiwei are convenient for dining, and the subway goes directly to Tiananmen Square.
