Struck gold with this find! I booked this place on a whim, and it far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff proactively upgraded me to a higher floor and patiently explained the local transportation and dining options. The room was spotless with no odd smells, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and hot water came instantly. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent. While the breakfast wasn't a huge spread, the taste was spot on. For this price, the quality is incredible – such great value for money! I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in town.

First time in Beijing Yizhuang, and I just randomly picked the Echeng Hotel, but what a pleasant surprise! When I stay at a hotel, cleanliness is my top priority, and this place absolutely nailed it. The room was meticulously cleaned; the floors were sparkling, the desk spotless, and the bathroom tiles and toilet rim were perfectly clean, with not a single water mark or stain. The bedding looked incredibly comfortable, the duvet was soft, and the sheets and duvet cover were crisp and dry – I felt instantly relaxed lying down. The front desk lady was super nice, spoke very gently, and checked me in quickly. She was patient and helpful with all my questions. The room facilities were all very new; the air conditioning, lights, and outlets worked perfectly, and hot water was instant and at a perfect temperature. The internet speed was stable and perfectly fine for daily use. Eating out is also convenient, with small shops downstairs and within walking distance. This is my first time in Beijing, and I'm so glad I found such a satisfying hotel. I truly recommend it!

Hello everyone, I want to share my experience staying at the Pullman Beijing South. When we made our booking, we requested an early check-in. We arrived in Beijing early in the morning, and by 10 AM, we were at the hotel. After an overnight flight, we were naturally tired, especially our 6-year-old child. Owen greeted us and offered not only a complimentary early check-in but also an upgrade to a business room, for which we are truly grateful! 🤝👍 Getting a few more hours of sleep was priceless!!! The room was clean, and I especially want to highlight the incredibly comfortable pillows, duvets, and mattress. Upon waking, we were offered a complimentary fruit platter – respect to them!! The hotel's location is also worth noting. Our plans included visiting Universal Park, the Forbidden City, the Great Wall of China, and Beijing Outlet for shopping. These locations are quite spread out, so we chose a compromise: Beijing Outlet is closer to the airport, making it easier to plan transfers to and from the airport. The hotel is roughly equidistant from Universal Park and the Forbidden City 👌. The route to the Great Wall takes a significant amount of time, and it doesn't really matter where in Beijing you're coming from, plus one of the Beijing Outlets is conveniently located along the way. So, when choosing between a 3-4 star hotel in central Beijing (which would still require taxis or other transport) or a 5-star hotel with what we considered a more practical location within the same price range, we opted for the Pullman. Service was 5 out of 5!!! The room was cleaned every day, without any complaints or shortcomings! Breakfasts were good, with a rich selection to suit every taste. One day, we returned late from Universal Park and decided to have dinner in the room. Our son really, really wanted pineapple, but where do you get it at 10:30 PM? It wasn't on the restaurant menu, and there was no pineapple on the fruit platter. What to do? My wife and I ordered burgers (delicious!!!), and for our child, we ordered nuggets/sweet potato/potato pancakes from the children's menu, and we also asked for pineapple, even though it wasn't on the menu. And yes, to our surprise and delight, a freshly peeled, served, juicy, chilled pineapple appeared on a huge tray! (Complimentary!) Our child was incredibly happy about it!! Customer focus at its best! Special thanks to Owen, who was in contact with us daily via WeChat, giving us excellent advice, accurate weather forecasts (more accurate than Apple's, by the way), and addressing all our requests. He was essentially a personal concierge service. A year earlier, I stayed in 5-star hotels from other well-known brands in Beijing and Wuhan, but I never experienced this level of service or was offered a concierge. This hotel is super convenient to get to by subway. The room was clean and cozy, and the service was really warm and attentive. They have a pool and a gym, and the breakfast spread is quite extensive. There's a shopping mall close by, so shopping and dining are both very convenient. Plus, there are many bus routes, including one that goes directly to Beijing South Railway Station, making it easy to get around and explore. After dinner, you can even take a stroll in the nearby Boda Park. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I need to.

Must be five-star praise! I came to the brand like home, and I was not disappointed. The graphics card configuration is full, the high-swipe screen + professional mechanical keyboard and mouse feel great. The network speed is stable in a batch, and the black group battle is zero delay and the whole process is silky. Unplug the room card computer and not turn off, go out to eat and come back to play, this detail is too understanding of e-sports people!
