"We booked 6 nights via ***********. After our first night my son woke up with bites on his body, and when I inspected his sheet I found unmistakable evidence of bedbugs. We immediately packed up our things and booked accommodation elsewhere as soon as we could. I went to reception and the man apologised and said that I should be refunded for all the remaining nights, but that I would need to contact ***********. We left and then when I contacted *********** the reply came back that the campsite had refused to refund. Our holiday is ruined, we are now in an expensive apartment washing all of our things multiple times and hoping we manage to stop the bedbugs coming home with us."

"Very pretty hotel, more isolated than we had anticipated but in a very beautiful place. Definitely deserves its’ place as a Hotel of Silence. The owner was very helpful and directed us to cycling routes and the voies verts accessible from Sarlat. We were a bit peeved that there would be no dinner served tonight, particularly after a 60km bike ride, but the trip into Eyzies was easy and there were good restaurants there."

"Wonderful welcome from our hosts and excellent friendly hospitality throughout our 7 night stay. Lovely people. Our room a Superior Studio upstairs overlooking the pool was spotless, spacious and very well appointed. Excellent shower and nice to have the kitchen area with a full size fridge. Outside our room we had a spacious private terrace with table and chairs etc. The restaurant service is very friendly and efficient and the food is delicious. Because we were there for 7 nights, Christophe cooked for us "off menu". Something we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a brilliant base for exploring the area. A big thank you to Marina, Christophe and the team!"
