"The view from the room is great. They upgraded my room with no extra charges because of room malfunction. The staffs have very nice personalities and easy to communicate with. You could also leave your baggage there even after checking out (no charge) and pick it up any time. Just a bit concerning there are 2-3 little bugs or cockroaches(?) coming in & out of the sink area but other than that I had a great experience with this hotel and it is also along Session Road which is near SM Baguio and restaurants/coffee shops as well."

"The hotel room was clean, spacious, and had a cozy atmosphere with a wonderful view of the mountains and pine trees. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were complete, including hot shower, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and complimentary breakfast. One of the best parts of the stay was the peaceful environment. The cold weather in Baguio made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were always polite and attentive to our needs. The hotel was also conveniently located near popular tourist spots, making it easy for us to explore the city. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I would definitely love to stay there again in the future."

"The staffs are so helpful and friendly! They tend to every request we had. The location is ok, near the tourist spots, but due to heavy traffic (tourists/weekend), it is quite hard to go somewhere. Buffet restaurant is open to the public, so we were a bit shocked that there were so many people and we were wearing our pajamas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back!"

"Great location relative to shopping and sites. Room and common areas were updated and nice. People were extremely courteous and responsive to the customers needs.  Noticeable shortfalls: cable reception was fuzzy with some premium channels as HBO viewed in black-and-white. Went to breakfast at 9 AM and the serving dishes were a bit barren in content. Breakfast lasted till 10 AM so I was quite surprised the dishes were not adequately filled. Parking was limited and we had to park the vehicle quite a distance from the hotel."

"hotel was top notch in providing quality room. the room they gave was according to our preferences and i love the view in the morning and rain. only comment would be there is no initiative from the staff to help you. it was raining hard and we had lots of bags to carry but no one helped us tho there were lots of staff in the desk and lobby. ending was we got wet from the rain. although it is not included in their job but it would have been better if the staff make you feel they care for you."
