"The check-in experience was poor. There was not even a hair dryer. When a friend came to visit, they would not let the second person in after registering one person. After a day of playing, several of us came back with no battery on our phones. My friend asked to go to my room to charge it but was not allowed to go in. We could only be received in the lobby. The hygiene was also very poor. There was dirt on the pillow in the room. Because it is a Chinese area, I originally stayed there for convenience, but it turned out to be inconvenient."
