Some rooms in the old hotel facilities have a smell and there is almost no choice for breakfast. Trip's promised return points after check-out have not been cashed, in short, very bad check-in and booking experience"

"Really nice room but bed could have been more comfortable, especially the pillows. But that's an individual thing. Overall enjoyed the room--full fridge and dishwasher (if I'd had need of it), glassware, all that. The shower was my favorite. Walk in showers are a blessing to this old lady. I don't know why hotels even bother with the splash puddles they call bathtubs anymore. Who needs them? The cleaners need to pay attention to the soap dispensers in them though. Mine had no shower gel--bottle was totally empty--and I didn't have mine with me on this trip. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I don't like boiled eggs, or the fake looking egg-pucks, so everything was pretty much carbs and more carbs--useless to a diabetic. Not a huge issue however. Lots of restaurants in the area."
