(sarcastic) A cherry on top is the support team refusing to help or offer any additional information to help me get the trip reimbursed. I suppose there are better things in life than a heated house, warm meals for my family, and clothes to keep us safe from the elements, but as long as a third party is involved, no itemizations or accountability to that need are made to consumers like me! 0 out of 10! :D"
