"When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of detergent, probably because it had just been cleaned, which surprised us. However, the staff answered our questions carefully via text and responded quickly, providing excellent service. Unfortunately, our room didn't get any sunlight, but we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, making it a very pleasant stay."

"The stay was great. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular, with a lot of variety. The only downside was that we could hear the sound of a machine from the room… if you're bothered by that kind of noise, it could be very annoying."

"I was with my husband and my son in an apartment in the pool area. Horrible... unbearable heat, but having a very bad time.... Insects, ants every day in the kitchen area. Cats roaming freely. It is the most uncomfortable I have ever been and I have traveled... You have to keep the doors and windows open at night, which means zero privacy and noise disturbance. Very uncomfortable beds, they are plaster beds. Sad, sad, sad, I can't stop saying it. I do not recommend this site at all, I write this opinion with the intention of warning people as it can ruin anyone's vacation. The man who attended us at the reception upon arrival was very bad. The best location, in the center of Binibeca."
