"I was with my husband and my son in an apartment in the pool area. Horrible... unbearable heat, but having a very bad time.... Insects, ants every day in the kitchen area. Cats roaming freely. It is the most uncomfortable I have ever been and I have traveled... You have to keep the doors and windows open at night, which means zero privacy and noise disturbance. Very uncomfortable beds, they are plaster beds. Sad, sad, sad, I can't stop saying it. I do not recommend this site at all, I write this opinion with the intention of warning people as it can ruin anyone's vacation. The man who attended us at the reception upon arrival was very bad. The best location, in the center of Binibeca."

"Lovely place. Our apartment was ready early which was a great bonus! The apartment was great, basic but with a nice balcony. The beds were comfortable and staff at reception were very nice. Very close proximity to restaurants which was perfect. Can't find a fault :) "
