"What was fantastic: most receptionists were great. Only the last evening not so good as the person was couldnt give me clear information about what I could get for a packed breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding: selection, variety and abundance. Coffee was tepid. Not once was it hot and same for "hot" water. The hotel is situated on a crossing. Traffic was loud. I could "just" handle it but spoke to other guests who said it simply was too loud. I loved that i could opt out from having my room cleaned. The room was bigger than I expected. Nice presentation."

"The room and the hotel itself were lovely - clean, modern, and good food. Only minor gripe was our shower gel was empty from when we arrived which feels like a shame that was overlooked. But otherwise the service was great and the staff were friendly. The main reason I've only given this 3* was the noise - the hotel is right next to a nightclub, and our room was on the nearest side. There was pumping music even at 1am, which we could hear with all the windows closed and wearing earplugs, so our sleep wasn't super restful. If there were no noise, or it stopped at a more reasonable hour, I would go back in a heartbeat, but this put us off returning unfortunately!"
