"I've had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Boehler many times through the years and I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is, it's great location and what a wonderful job that Manuel and Melinda have done in renovating the lobby area (several years ago) and the newly completed 4th floor. The hotel is very comfortable and gives you a true German/European feel ... it truly feels like a home-away-from-home. We look forward to our next visit!"

"The warm welcome was the best ever, offering ‘feel at home and help yourself’ to a coffee, tea, snacks and a comfy chair in a communal lounge area. Room was well appointed and modern. There’s a lift and car park nearby. We slept well in this quiet location. The other best aspect of this hotel is their superb restaurant right opposite the hotel. Dinner was 10 out of 10 and I doubt I’ve had a better meal. The white asparagus was just delicious as was the whole meal. My fish dish was very generous too. I was too busy admiring the food and eating it to photograph it. It’s served on a tiered tray so you don’t crowd your plate, plus you can share if you so choose."

The internet is often unreliable (I was told there was no problem with the Wi-Fi, but it's not good at all; it's impossible to stay connected for more than 5 minutes at a time; the connection is intermittent—disastrous if you have to work). The breakfast is decent. The shower has very good pressure."

"Just stayed for pretty much 2 weeks as working at our German base nearby. The hotel is spotless. The staff are wonderful. They can't do enough for you. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The shower was wonderful. Satellite TV with importantly for me, at least 5 English channels. An absolute god send when your German is, lets say minimal!! The lift is an experience, I wouldn't want to get stuck in it.... :) Overall, a great experience."

"Very nice double room and bath of good size. Quiet location and nice to have coffee and drinks available in the lobby area. The hotel's restaurant (across the street) is beyond compare. One of the top 5 dinners we've EVER had -- excellent, thoughtful service and creative but not pretentious food. So, so good. Breakfast is buffet style at the same restaurant and has a decent if not huge selection, but more than sufficient. Front desk staff at the hotel is extremely helpful, welcoming and kind, offering us help with a problem that wasn't even theirs to worry about. The staff member made a big impression on us and is a great "face" to the hotel operations. We would stay again if in the area."
