"The Ludwig Boutique Hotel in Bolsena has convinced us overall. The location near the beach is a great plus point, as well as the large, free parking place that makes the arrival comfortable and uncomplicated. The reception was friendly and the lift is convenient to reach the rooms. Our room was a modern, bright, very pleasant double room in white, spacious, with balcony and a well-equipped minibar – However, the prices for it are significantly overhigh. The bathroom is beautifully designed, the shower works properly and all the equipment makes a maintained, high quality impression. This is especially highlighted by the beautiful outdoor pool that invites to relax. Breakfast was very good, with a rich selection and fresh products. Concluded: a very well maintained Boutique Hotel in the best location, with comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Despite smaller criticisms, we would like to come back."

Perfect structure in every particular, aperitif in the very good b&b, breakfast with sweets made at home and sauces and top cheese. Massage in a spectacular room, Elena is goodwill not recommended. For anyone who wants indoor spa. The owner, Tiziano, very educated and smile person .....e is not discount. Sara has cocktailed us at breakfast with her sweets. "This hotel is lovely in general. But needs improvement. Ita biggest advantage is that it has a private beach. A few steps from your room and you're by the lake. The hotel is very clean, but quite old fashioned. The shower room is big, but in itself is very small and not comfortable for a shower after a lake dip. Also for short people the choosing if shower head is impossible. The hotel has an AC in the rooms and halls only. The reception, lobby and dining room doesn't have any AC. In 38c it's tough. In our room the AC was extremely loud. To a point it woke us up at night. In the mornings the hotel turns it off on purpose. Both in the halls and the rooms. Which was making it a bit harsh to take our time in the morning before leaving for our day. The hotel serves a continental breakfast with not much variety. Though it was nice to see some gluten free products. Does it worth the 60€. Sadly no. It's important to mention I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability. There is no access. Only stairs, no lift and no ramps for wheel chairs or people with mobility problem. The location of the hotel is why the stay there is quite nice. 6 minutes drive from town, private beach, parking, very clean rooms and a, sweet kind staff. I just hope they will improve on the ac, showers, and accessibility that is important to allow more people to enjoy. It's not worth the 170€. But if some improvements will take place, it sure will. (curly gals pack a, hair conditioner, you'll need it btw) "
