"We were looking forward to staying here, unfortunately not worth the money we paid. Our two bedroom apartment was approx $760 for the night and not worth the money. We have had a lot better for half the price. The rooms and furnishing were dated, the ensuite was averagely clean and had random stickers on furnishings, the fridge was extremely noisy. There were plastic and metal shavings on the floor of the shower. Would not recommend at the price that we paid. Would have been amazing in its day but overall very dated. Yes we are being picky, however for the most money we have ever spent per night on accommodation, it rates very poorly as there are much nicer places to stay."

"We normally holiday abroad, but our son who loves to travel AU in his caravan, convinced us to stay at Mandalay, he's stayed here before. So we agreed and absolutely loved it. It was a family holiday just us 2 the 2 kids their partners and 7 grandkids. Everything you needed was here on site. Our chalet (apart from food) had everything you could want or ask for. Staff were very professional and polite. House keeping OMG‼️(GIVE THEM A BIG PAT ON THE BACK) we have never stay in anything as clean as our chalet. It was spotless. We had pool towels and bath towels provided. The pools were lovely, although i wish the indoor pool was 2° to 3° warmer. One of my grandchildren loved outdoor slide. Everything about this park was simply amazing. Thank you."
