Hotel Winkler Sport & Spa Resort ★★★★★
"We had a wonderful holiday with superb food, a wealth of facilities in the spa and outstanding service from a very professional staff. The kindness and courtesy of the staff makes this a hotel to return to year after year. This was our 4th holiday in a winkler hotel and we are already planning our next one."
Hotel Goldene Rose ★★★
"Nice, roomie, clean room. Nice staff. Delicious breakfas. The only down side is parking: we got parking spot few streets away in an uderground parking facility wich was sceary."
Hotel Amaten ★★★
"Enjoyed our stay at Amaten very much. The location was very convenient and central and the view from the hotel is amazing. The food was excellent and abundant and the service was top notch and generous. The family who hosted us is wonderful, hard working and was always willing to help us and accommodate all of our needs. Rooms were very clean. We hope to return in the future."
Hotel Post Alpine Cityflair ★★★★
"Room was clean today and spacious. Shower was powerful and hot. Gym and spa well maintained and relaxing. Staff friendly. Bar attached to hotel was lovely did not eat in there. Missed breakfast as left early so can’t comment. Good location and next to bus stop Just needed a tea/coffee in room would have been amazing. There is a fridge"
Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - the Leading Hotels of the World ★★★★★
"This hotel has a great design aesthetic, a really excellent place to stay. They offer a rate that includes two meals, where you can choose between lunch or dinner. It's a semi-buffet style with quite refined dishes, so you don't even need to go out looking for a restaurant – very thoughtful! The room was spacious and came with a balcony, which exceeded my expectations. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. All in all, I'm very satisfied."
Hotel Krondlhof ★★★
"We found the 3* Hotel Krondlhof an excellant base for our ski week in the Kronplatz area. The rooms are of a good size and well equipted, both the buffet breakfast and 3 course evening meal with a vegitarian option were excellant. There is a small swimming pool and a sauna, good sized ski and boot room with boot dryers. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the main ski lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful we would certainly use the hotel again in the future."
Garni Schorneck ★★★
"Fantastic hotel though it is rated as a 2-star hotel but rooms, service and breakfast are closer to a 4-star hotel."
Hotel B&B Feldmessner ★★★
"A wonderful experience at Hotel Feldmessner in Riscone. The rooms are very nice and clean, the bar is cozy and warm, and the breakfast is phenomenal. The entire staff is extremely friendly, always smiling and ready to help. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!"
Majestic - Unique Spa Resort ★★★★
"The hotel is proudly run by a family and it does feel like they are welcoming you into their huge home, from the small gesture of having a blackboard by the reception welcoming everybody checking in on the day. The staff must also be treated as part of the family as they all seem to be really connected to the place and proud to be working there. The rooms are huge and it was great to have a view of the towering Kronplatz as long as the weather allowed it. Their bar has a great cocktail menu and wine list and also offers bites until dinner time starts. The breakfast is a magnificient spread with morning bubbly included. There is lots to do in the area but the gym and the spa are great options in bad weather. Would love to retun again in the second half of 2026 after their new rooftop pool is finished."

Residence Tantalus
Hotel Petrus
"Great place with nice accommodations (rooms, fitness, pool, sauna and peaceful garden), delicious food (and flexible on demand) and super friendly staff (smile, helpful and super nice). 10 perfect days to relax and enjoy South Tyrol atmosphere!"
Royal Hotel Hinterhuber
"We spent 5 days at this hotel. The location is truly beautiful — set at the peaceful edge of the village, it offers a relaxing atmosphere far from any hustle and bustle. The property itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff we interacted with were polite and courteous, which initially made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, our overall impression was significantly affected by a series of uncomfortable experiences that made us feel more like intruders in someone’s home than guests at a hotel. On the second night of our stay, a Saturday, loud music with heavy bass started after midnight and continued until around 1:30 AM. It woke both us and our children, and we had to wait for the noise to stop in order to get back to sleep. This was quite surprising and distressing, especially in a family-oriented hotel. Another issue was the general sense of being constantly monitored. Our children (ages 4 and 8) would usually go play in the basement playroom after dinner. On more than one occasion, our daughter told us the owner came in and turned off the lights while they were still playing — without saying a word. Once, our son was climbing the wall in the playroom while the owner silently watched and then switched off the lights for no clear reason. These actions felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. One night, our younger child had a small accident and wet the bed. We left a note for the cleaning staff and rolled up the sheets and duvet for replacement. Later that day, we received a message stating that wet bedding had been found, deep cleaning was required, and if it happened again, we would be charged. While we completely understand that such situations are not pleasant, accidents do happen with young children, and we feel the message could have been delivered with more tact and understanding — not in a way that made us feel guilty or unwelcome. Throughout our stay, we felt more and more like we were being watched and corrected, rather than treated as valued guests. This created an undercurrent of anxiety that is the opposite of what one hopes to experience on a family holiday. Upon departure, we were wished a cheerful goodbye, but no one asked whether everything was okay or if we enjoyed our stay — something we believe is part of good hospitality, especially after a multi-day visit. The food was decent, and the environment has great potential. However, with a more open, warm, and trusting approach — especially towards families with children — the overall experience could be much more enjoyable."
Hotel Reipertingerhof
"I share the review even before I finished the holiday. Charmful place, just outside Brunico, 50 metres buses. Thank you very much for your staff, absolute availability. Excellent food, really my compliments."
Am Schloss Guest House
"I stayed here over the December 8th long weekend to visit the famous Christmas markets with a friend. We were guests in the "Camin room." What can I say, everything was perfect! From booking on, it was all downhill. The property manager is incredibly kind and helpful. The property is right in the historic center, and although there's no parking space, solutions are available. The room is fabulous and spotless, the bathroom very spacious and modern, and the sofa bed was incredibly comfortable! (For extra comfort, we asked for that too, and I slept wonderfully.) The TV is also a smart TV with Netflix included, and perhaps other features, but that wasn't what we were there for. Despite facing the avenue, the room was perfectly soundproofed. It's hard to find fault with this B&B... if only some fresh bread for breakfast would be great! All in all, everything was truly excellent. We were even blessed with snow (which wasn't expected), which made the experience truly unforgettable. It's a shame that the fireplace can't be lit for obvious safety reasons, but that's a good thing, otherwise we would have stayed forever! 😅 Highly recommended!"
