"Lovely friendly and clean although I would of preferred TV in room just personal choice"

"The Premier Inn is in an absolutely prime location in the middle of a beautiful Cornish town with everything within arm's reach. Value for money is good, and it does exactly what it sets out to do for a holiday. There are a few setbacks which stand out in general: the rooms are very small, the family room being extremely minimalist; the shower wasn't really functional due to the showerhead being very leaky and spraying everywhere; the wi-fi is also useless, although you can buy a faster version. However, if you plan to spend no time in the room at all beyond sleeping it's exactly what you need (and this is what the Premier Inn is for ultimately). This all being said, the breakfasts are excellent value. The hotel was clean, it's efficient, organised with comfortable beds and essentially everything you want. We also had a room with a great street-facing view down the sea river although this won't be the case for everyone. The best quality of this hotel is the staff. They were polite and professional with a great attitude. Of particular note were Jazz (running the show) and the chef, Tony. They all seem to get on and this translates to great customer service with a sense of humor. It was great to see, and they were a credit to the hotel. I would happily stay there again. It's a solid four-star place to stay in a wonderful part of England. Nowhere is perfect, but this place does it's job very well and exceeded expectations in all the important areas at a good price. You won't be disappointed."

"Cannot recommend Sunrise Guest House enough. Absolutely lovely home from home very clean very comfortable Breakfast is delicious and so much choice. An absolute gem of a B&B. and so reasonable much better than many at double the price. Will definitely be back Thank you for a wonderful holiday weekend"

"Went to the on site restaurant my 2 friends ask for sausage and mash well it's was absolutely disgusting it had lots off runny gravy it look like sausage soup sent it back could heat lots shouting in kichen they re did it well it was disgusting I didn't get a picture of the first meal they sent out but did on second one My friend eat the sausage and left the rest as we were hungry after lovely day driving around the coast We asked if my friend could have her money back for her meal but as she had eaten a sausage she couldn't apparently we are in our 70s and not kids we also had drinks so we're happy to spend money and not looking for a free meal."
