We provide maximum comfort during Shabbat without being intended exclusively for the Jewish community. It has all the necessary standards and certifications for a breakfast service supplied by kosher products. It has a glass elevator that connects all the levels. Also we have an important stair so that the religious guests can use it during the days of Sabbath candles available we allow to light candles in the rooms we have 2 locks on the door that allows you to use both the electronic and conventional key. Automatic timer system to turn lights on and off. The facades of the rooms that open both to the interior courtyard and to San Luis Street are covered with a grid of aluminum bars that in the future will function as an ecofriendly green facade.Show More

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue extremadamente decepcionante. La habitación estaba en condiciones inaceptables: había vidrios rotos en la ventana que estaban pegados con cinta adhesiva, polvo acumulado en los muebles y debajo de los escritorios. La nevera no funcionaba y, a pesar de solicitar un cambio, me informaron que no había personal ni neveras disponibles. Además, encontré objetos extraños en el piso al llegar, como pedazos de confetti y lo que parecía ser un trozo de un guante. El sofá tenía manchas blancas y las toallas estaban deshilachadas, algunas incluso con agujeros. Cuando pedí cambiarlas o conseguir toallas adicionales, me informaron que esto tendría un costo extra y solo era posible solicitarlo durante el horario de limpieza. El personal, salvo Gonzalo, quien me recibió en la madrugada, fue extremadamente irrespetuoso. Al exigir hablar con la supervisora, me informaron que no estaba en el hotel y se negó a hablar conmigo, lo cual considero una falta de respeto total. Estábamos alojados en 8 habitaciones de mi familia, y nos querían cobrar 200 dólares adicionales por tener una bebé en la reserva, para la cual no tenían una cuna disponible. La única razón por la que no nos fuimos es que este era el único hotel cercano a donde necesitábamos estar para un evento familiar.

Muy buena relación precio calidad...habitaciones amplias y cómodas, personal muy amable, servicios muy buenos...muy limpio...excelente caudal de agua caliente en duchas, excelente calefacción...el desayuno bien, podría ser un poco mejor...en general todo muy bien!!!!

Mi estadía en el Howard Johnson By Wyndham Hotel Abasto fue muy placentera. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones modernas y el personal es extremadamente amable y servicial. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, con calefacción y camas enormes que garantizan un buen descanso. La ubicación en el vibrante barrio judío es conveniente, cerca de estaciones de autobús y metro, y a unos 40 minutos a pie de lugares emblemáticos como el Obelisco. Sin embargo, uno de los aspectos que podrían mejorar significativamente es el desayuno. Aunque ofrece una variedad de panes, tortas, galletas y cereales, carece de opciones calientes y alimentos salados, lo cual puede ser decepcionante para algunos huéspedes. Esto limita la experiencia, especialmente considerando la reputación del hotel.
