"Check-in was easy and the receptionist was nice and very professional. However, I was allocated a room on the ground floor with no view whatsoever. After explaining that I had booked the room three months in advance and specifically requested a room on any floor but the ground floor, I was told there were no other rooms available. The following morning a wall socket blew a fuse after I tried to make a cup of coffee, leaving my room without any electricity. The hotel failed to move me to another room but instead asked me to remain inside my dark room while an electrician attempted to fix the issue, which he failed to do after trying for more than an hour. The buffet breakfast wasn't too bad with a fair selection of food. The swimming pool looked nice although I didn't swim in it. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure, however there was no shower curtain to separate the shower and toilet. The bed was comfortable and I slept quite well. However, there were no English language channels. Would I stay here again. No. Pros: Swimming pool, breakfast, easy check-in, polite receptionists. Cons: Terrible room looking onto a high wooden fence, unsafe wall sockets, a lack of care towards guests, no English language channels. "
