"The hotel is mainly for tour groups. We arrived half an hour early and were ruthlessly asked to wait in the lobby, even though the room had already been cleaned. We tried to communicate with them but it was inconsiderate. The room was decent and the breakfast was OK."

Just a little bit disappointtment about the not every day cleared dust bin plus there is no grab bath for the bath tub ( for guest that need that for safety). "We stayed at the Hilton Railtown Hotel for 5 nights this time. Since our son joined us from Toronto on the third day, we switched to a king suite with a sofa bed. The room was noticeably larger and more spacious, with a separate living area. When the sofa bed was pulled out at night, it was quite large, though it was a bit soft, and our son mentioned his back felt uncomfortable after sleeping on it for three nights. The suite had a microwave, which was very convenient for heating up food occasionally. The hotel's front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Since we had to re-check in due to the room change, we needed to store our luggage. The lobby staff helped us arrange everything, allowing us to go out and enjoy ourselves without any worries. When we returned in the evening, we could just grab our room key and head straight to our room to rest. Finally, checking out was very convenient. Because we had booked and paid in advance through Ctrip, we simply handed in our key at the front desk in the lobby and could leave. The 50 CAD deposit per night was also refunded immediately after check-out. 👍"

"In the center of Burnaby, opposite the hotel is the purely Chinese Regent Plaza, but this plaza is nothing special except for Heytea. Walking to the subway station is a big shopping mall, and there is also a big Chinese Super League and Walmart. The room we stayed in also had a sofa bed, but the best thing was the balcony, the view was very good."

"The location is fantastic, right in front of the subway station with a department store and a park nearby. The room has a cozy color scheme, and all the facilities are brand new. The only downside is that the price is a bit high. It's perfect for travelers who prioritize comfort and convenience."
