"First of all let’s start with the room, they’ve told us it’s sea view but it was like a prison with no view at all because they’ve installed a plastic tent to cover the pool in front of the room, and it was more expensive then the standard one. In addition instead of using one single king bed, they’ve combined two single beds “trying” to create a single king one which was uncomfortable. Also we already booked for two nights and was paid on arrival but the second day they called and told that we’ve paid for just one night. It was a bad experience however, the hotel’s restaurant staff were friendly and professional."

"the location of the hotel is very good close by the heart of the lovely city of byblos, the team are amazing they went above and beyond to assist me and my family, I was very impressed with the quality of the services we received. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service at Byblostar is excellent. The owner of the hotel Mrs. Claire is a real model for a true leader knows how to motivate her team aiming to please her guests, we can feel her special touches and attention to details all over the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to all the guests that they are looking for a great clean room with excellent customer service"

"Aleph Boutique is such a charming stay in Byblos. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice touches that make you feel at home. What stood out most was the staff — genuinely warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made the whole experience memorable. The breakfast with views of the castle and sea is a great way to start the day, and the rooftop at sunset is even better for dinner! I will definitely stay here again when I come to Byblos."

"During my stay, my AirPods were stolen and money was taken from my wallet. When this was reported, no meaningful action was taken by management. Additionally, despite the hotel claiming to have Wi-Fi in the rooms, there is none. At best, you may connect briefly in the lobby if you’re lucky. The breakfast is below average. No laundry service. This level of service and security is unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here."

"Very comfortable hotel and in a central location for the best things to see and do in Byblos. All the staff made me feel very welcome and were happy to answer any questions I had about the surroundings and how best to to travel to neighbouring areas for a bit of additional sightseeing. Had a very pleasant few days and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
