"My husband and I had our very first yoga retreat at Xinalani and fell in love with the place. It was an opportunity to unwind and quiet my body and mind. The scenic ocean views and the beautiful balcony with a hammock to gently swing on. I was so thankful that no critters entered our unit at night. The weather was hot and perfect to enjoy the open air sleep under the canopy bed.. The chef made delicious healthy food every single meal. He was so kind as to share recipes for us to make at home. We also enjoyed several days at the spa, as well, and it was amazing! The staff are so courteous and treated us so well. The cocao ceremony was so special and we enjoyed the instructor Dionne very much. She made it so personal. The yoga instructor Jerry was fantastic and helped me get more out of my practice. He even accommodated a shorter class for us on our departure day. Overall an amazing experience and we plan to go back next year."

"This is the BEST vacation I have ever had. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is so private. The service is amazing. The connected beach bar has the most amazing food and coconut drinks. PARADISE. If you want to relax on a private beach, enjoy falling asleep to waves, a beautiful outdoor shower, with amazing massages and facials without lots of people and commercialism this is it look no further. They have packages to arrange all your transporation, surf boards to rent, and amazong food and drinks. STRESS FREE - Ivan takes care of it ALL. We just booked our second trip and cannot wait to return to this hidden gem."

"We were staying in Puerto Vallarta, but got a day pass to hang out on the private beach and eat at the restaurant. If you do the day pass: the uber from PV to Boca de Tomatlan is easy. It may be a bit of a challenge to find which panga boat is yours but be patient and they'll come find you. You'll be able to see whales from the restaurant, so maybe bring a pair of binoculars. The staff is incredibly nice, the music is awesome, and the food is great. There are several people who hiked to arrive, which is the only other way. If you're headed back to PV, it's not hard to find a cab. You may have to group up with strangers for the way back, but that's not too bad. Beautiful place to hang out for a day!"
