"The rooms weren't the superior ones we booked; they tricked us by saying they had a third bed—which we absolutely didn't need. We were forced to vacate the parking space we'd reserved in a hurry by 12 pm when we left the hotel, claiming they needed it for new guests (who we know don't check in before 3 pm), even though 90% of the spaces were empty. The reception staff were unpleasant."
