"We liked the hotel. It met our expectations: a clean, comfortable, modern room with everything we needed (mini-fridge, kettle, water, tea, coffee, etc., shampoos, conditioner, lotion, razor, brushes, soap, sewing kit, band-aids, a safe, and even a scale). Good lighting and a spacious balcony (table and two chairs) overlooking the palm trees. Cleaning was done daily, and supplies were replenished. Everything worked. Towels were changed, although there was only one large towel and one foot towel. Breakfasts were okay (despite the fact that we were the only white people in the hotel). We also found something to eat. The only thing was that both tea and coffee were disgusting. Some kind of liquid with milk in two teapots tasted like drinks from a kindergarten. The rest was not critical. We didn't go to the pool, but we saw (while we were having breakfast) that they cleaned and washed it daily. The road to the beach is almost straight from the hotel, clean and pleasant, and close. Seven minutes and you're in northern Candolim—clean, quiet, and not crowded."

"Everything was good except for the swimming pool, 3 of the 6 days of my stay I had used the pool. 1st day was good but the other 2 days were terrible, my partner & I felt itching at different parts of our bodies. Complained about it on the 2nd day but nothing improved on the 3rd day. Need to work on improving the quality of your swimming pool !!!"

"I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience regarding my booking from 6th May to 10th May. At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that complimentary pick-up and drop-off services were included. However, at the last moment, the staff refused to provide the pick-up, citing that prior notice of two days was required—something that was never communicated during booking. Similarly, during check-out, they again refused drop-off service, stating that it is only available from 8:00 AM onward. My flight was scheduled for 10:15 AM, and I requested the drop-off for 7:00 AM, but they declined. Furthermore, they refused to provide the driver's contact number, making it impossible to make any personal arrangements. This is not just poor service, but also misleading and unprofessional conduct. If the complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are not truly available or are conditional, they should not be advertised at the time of booking. The manager's behavior was unacceptable and seemed deliberately evasive. I sincerely hope the owner looks into this matter seriously, as it reflects very poorly on the establishment."
