"My partner and I stayed for a few days so we could attend a wedding. Before we got there, I contacted the company to enquire about the parking. As I'm heavily pregnant, we wanted to reserve parking so I didn't have to carry luggage too far. The lady I spoke to was more than helpful, she even went the extra mile to book us onto the first floor so I didn't have to take the stairs just in case the lift had broken. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only tiny thing it was missing was an oven mitt or a tea towel to get things out of the oven. The location was excellent with all amenities in walking distance and you can't tell you're by a main road when the windows were closed. It was very quiet. We would 100% recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Stayed at Travelodge Frimley, had a pleasant experience from an incredible welcoming staff to a very comfortable stay. Clean space, amenities, reasonable pricing and very lovely staff made my days just better. A free car park in the vicinity, warm cozy pub next door serving roasts and drinks with reasonable price. Cannot find a fault. Will stay again!!"

"The hotel manager was abusive and ******. Started shouting at us when checking out because we were a bit late in checking out due to disruption by housekeeping. I have never witnessed such foul language and abuse by someone who is management in hospitality. This person should not be allowed to work in such environments. I have had to lodge complaints everywhere as she made me feel very threatened for no reason."

"Hotel was not good overall went hurt a wedding my daughters was awful start to finish the food was absolutely awful. The organiser was fine in the build up once you have booked and paid deposit honestly completely down hill . They don’t even pick up the all the special deals there going to give ie drinks for the wedding food was all lies and completely disappointing start from finish . The buffet at the end was dried burger Bal’s with chips this a 4 star hotel what a joke I had to order Dominoez pizza for my guests . I have pictures of the food but I don’t want to display on this sight"
