"The hotel's facilities are very good, but the check-in service was a bit confusing, especially when we were choosing our room. There was a lack of communication between the reception and the housekeeping team. The second pool is a bit deep (1.90m), but the main pool is very pretty and pleasant. The prices at the bar and restaurant are very reasonable for the portions served, and the waiters provide good service."
