We love the Omelette for breakfast! No hot water; the floor is cold. No window. It’s not worth the price; we should have tried another hotel with the price we’ve paid.

This was a great location, very close to everything to get an uber to places. The staff were not the friendliest and I felt awkward asking questions. The single room was fine but I didn’t like that there wasn’t a proper door in between the bathroom and the bed area. The pool area was lovely and tranquil. I probably wouldn’t stay again - I’ve had friendlier staff service in Cape Town elsewhere.

We appreciated the staff who received us, cleaned our room, and prepared breakfast. All were friendly and helpful. Our room seemed at bit dated and lacking shelf storage space, but we were comfortable and on a future trip would be glad to stay here again.

400 EUR was stolen from our luggage during our stay in two rooms. The money was hidden in various pieces of luggage across both rooms, indicating that our belongings were searched while we were out. Only Euro bills were taken. We escalated this to the hotel management immediately when we found out but they are not reacting. We also noticed that many other people on Google report the same issue. Apart from that the rooms were very small and in the basement with nearly no sunlight. Cannot recommend at all!

The Villa is spotless, friendly stuff and we really enjoyed our stay, their breakfast was delicious. I recommend it if you are visiting Cape Town.
