Simply spike! The coronation finish of our South Africa tour. Beautiful large rooms, with 2 large comfortable beds, even a window can be opened a little (a very large plus), so you do not necessarily have to turn on the air conditioning. Big bathroom, extra toilet, extra shower, bath coat and bathrooms are also available. Coffee machine and water cooker are available. There is nothing missing at breakfast, very great. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. In the entire hotel lobby bar and breakfast area, temperature is not too much cooled. A pleasant smell of “White Tea” flows across the house. A small pool and a larger hall bath are available, both not used for time shortage. You can go to the Waterfront about 20 minutes. A wonderful stay, unfortunately only for 2 nights.

Camps Bay
A really beautiful boutique hotel, right on the beach within 2 mins of the restaurants/bars (but quiet), with beautiful rooms/lounge and exceptional service. Our room was spacious and with a private pool (which had a sea view but did face some apartments, but Camps Bay is very built up so this can't be avoided). The breakfast was delicious and we loved our evenings spent in the lounge drinking cocktails (the bartender was just incredible and so friendly). Other than the fantastic location and beautiful interior, what really makes this place stand out is its service - the best we've ever had. Everyone is friendly, attentive and can't do enough for you. All our ironing was done for free, the mini bar was re-stocked daily (again, for free), transfers were arranged seamlessly and our car was parked for us. Because the kitchen is closed at night, the staff ordered and collected takeaways for us and plated them up as though we were in a restaurant, from the comfort of the lounge. We would love to stay again if we return to Camps Bay.

Our family of four recently stayed at the Vineyard in Cape Town. We can't say enough great things about our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with grounds you can walk around. The gym is outstanding and in the indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful. The daily breakfast was completely ”over the top” and not to be missed. We stayed in one of the Garden Cottages which were absolutely wonderful!

The location was a little bit far from the ocean and restaurants and other entertainment but otherwise it was OK the service for room cleaning was good but at the entrance I did not really receive any help with my bags maybe because they were too small bags but some assistant would’ve still been nice the food was OK not a lot of variety but OK the room was also fine the bathroom was OK it’s a nice place for a short trip if the business you want to do it within the area it is too far from everything else and will cost a lot in transportation to get to the beach and to places with entertainment

Bantry Bay
What a lovely little boutique hotel! We ended our holiday in South Africa here and thought our room was as nice or better than any of the bigger hotels we stayed at (it was a suite). It was honestly luxurious with a big sofa area, efficient air conditioning and a huge comfy bed plus wonderful direct view of the ocean with a big outside terrace and 2 sun beds. The poolside area was also really sweet and pretty with regular visits by staff if we wanted any drinks or snacks out there. We loved our stay and thank you to Shirley for helping us secure a harbour view dinner reservation at one of the top restaurants in Cape town at very short notice. This hotel has a really personal touch and great attention to detail, we loved it.
