"Quite basic rooms. Only breakfast was available which was not written in description. Bar closed at 6.30pm but sometimes was much earlier, no where to get refreshments or hot drinks/water/ice..we had to keep asking reception. Rooms have no fridges to store shop brought food/drinks. Travelling with a diabetic this was not ideal and affected sugar levels. No entertainment in the evening although this was also stated in description. Not very helpful staff (maybe due to language barrier) very nice local food spots & bars. Not much to do locally and have to travel far. From Lisbon airport this hotel is 2.5 hours drive. I'd advice renting a car as taxi journeys are expensive for such long journeys. Some outside restaurants close on some days or at 7pm. The area is lovely, very friendly people. Lots of historical things to do and see. Beautiful little town. Great food spots. Bigger Pool close by very cheap for the day, good for kids & very clean. No option for late check out as flight is in the evening so bare that in mind when booking."

"I stayed at Casa do Parque during a recent working trip to Castelo de Vide, and overall, the experience was very positive. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with essentials such as a work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and good lighting, ideal for business travelers The hotel is well-located, 100 mts from the village center. The breakfast is very good."

"Service at the level of excellence."
