While this hotel was supposed to a little Luxury on our last night in Cebu agyer travelling for the last week in El Nido we were dissapointed as the shower ran cold and the TV was old and there was no remote present . We just wanted to shower and relax before our next flight to Bagiou City Seemingly, the boiler was replaced, which was not mentioned on our check in The room was adequate, and at least the air conditioning worked over all it was OK but not the best stay I have ever had

I been staying this hotel everytime I came to cebu for my visit as its very close to facilities I need plus the staff are very polite and very helpful, they have parking space, the food is ok few plate selection, good spacious room, they have 2 single bed but just attached them together to make it bigger the bathroom this time was very small I cannot even set properly on the toilet due to wall divider for the shower, water is provided in room and despenser in the hallway for a refill. This time I'm a bet dissappointed as they don't have a pillow cases available, I said it can be follow later but when I return about 5 pm still no pillow case so I ask them to get me a sheet to cover temporary so I can rest It came arround 7:30 pm as they explain that the laundry contractor has been delay, I think they should look into it for proper stock and better service. the bed is firm and comfortable. I might thinking to look another places next time

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

Hotel was very good looking and very near to restaurant malls and coffee shop.. The staff was amazing very friendly from guest relation to the waiters/ waitress and bus boy.. Keep it up and God Bless.

”I arrived earlier than expected, having booked an early flight after a night shift without sleep. However, they accommodated me and provided an early check-in free of charge, which I truly appreciated since I was exhausted. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff, especially at the reception, were exceptionally nice. I also loved their breakfast buffet – the food was amazing! This hotel is definitely one of the best in the city center, conveniently close to all establishments.”

Quite an old hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of room for improvement on cleanliness side. My room has mosquitoes and I managed to kill a few. Some stains on wall. I thought is paint but when I wipe with wet wipes, I could remove it. There are some stains on chair too. At first I thought there is no hot water. But when I took a bath again at later, there is. Thus I think it might due to too many ppl taking bath at the same time. If you walk left from the exit, there's a night bazaar. Quite a lot of nice local food there. And if you continue until the junction, there's a mall and nice lechon restaurant. On the right, there's 7 11 and pharmacy. So location is quite nice and convenient.

The hotel is not so big but all personnel are quite good and approachable and the hotel is so clean. The room is not big but good enough for one or two persons.

Very well maintained room. Appreciated the complimentary snacks. Haven’t tried any amenities as we go to work and just rest after. The buffet and cocktails were so good, I thought I gained after our 5 days stay.

I had a good stay here with my friend. The staffs are very accommodating and approachable. Room is very neat and cozy. It is near to famous places in Cebu. The breakfast buffet is very delicious!! 😋
