"Only stayed one night whilst travelling from Bangkok to Samui. Room was spotless, very welcoming with a comfortable bed and great aircon. The minibar was stocked, and even had cool glasses. The bathroom was spacious and had lovely toiletries. The TV had smart TV which meant lots of English speaking channels. We had dinner in the restaurant which although pricey was some of the best Thai fresh seafood we've had recently. There was a really nice outside seating area as well as an air-conditioned room to dine in. Some unique and homemade options as well as photos and weights shown of the catch of the day. We booked breakfast but didn't get up early enough to try it. Carparking was ample and conveniently located near the front desk, but it wasn't covered which meant the car was boiling wventhough we left around 9am. The area is beautiful and warranted a longer stay, we will revisit when we are next travelling Thailand. Our only improvements would be blackout curtains, and the option of a firmer pillow."

"The air conditioning in our room didn't work, seemed to be fan only so needed to be on full power to have any effect. The bed was hard and the pillow was thin which all made for a restless night. Wouldn't want to stay more than one night. Breakfast was a buffet style with adequate fare but nothing out of the ordinary."

"Set in a beautiful location with nature all around you. Our spacious villa was positioned right beside the river. My senses were blown away every time I sat outside on the balcony to listen and watch the jungle around me. I could sit there for hours. Our villa was cleaned every day and coffee (made and produced on the site) was put in our room as well as water, little boxes of cereal and crackers and carton milk. Couldn’t fault it tbh, staff were all nice and very helpful giving me a map of the local area and Restaurants. I would definitely recommend you stay here, you do need transport to explore."

"The room was clean and ok. The bathroom had a slight odor. It was okay for a night's stay before a trip, but if you're staying longer, it might be a bit uncomfortable because the room is small and stuffy. There's not much space to open your suitcase. At night, the dogs in the alley are noisy and they bite each other loudly. Every time I come, they always bite. The location is good, convenient for walking around the night market. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the alley. Parking is available. The staff is excellent."

"Central location in town. Rooms very clean. Bathroom excellent with great hot shower. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Laundrette close by but they did it all at hotel and dried it for 100 bht. Scooter delivered to hotel. No windows in our room but amazing value for such a little price."
