"Myself and wife (both Singaporean) celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and just wrapped up a 15-day self drive vacation to Switzerland and Austria. First stopover 3 nights stay in Hotel Brienz: from warm and smiling reception by lady boss Barbara, to spacious/absolutely clean well laid-out room with balcony/delicious breakfast especially croissonts pastries/amazing views/clean and cool air ..... no words can describe our immense joy and amazements. Strongly recommend Hotel Brienz for anyone looking to stay close to Interlaken/Grindelwald/Lucerne with peace and manageable cost.
